Chelsea Truck Company's latest 'upgraded' Land Rover Defender 'End Edition' - Based on the final few Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI XS 110 Station Wagon

This is the Chelsea Truck Company's 'upgraded' Land Rover Defender. Part of Kahn Design,, the Chelsea Truck Company's ‘End Edition’ is based on the Land Rover Defender 2.2 TDCI XS 110 Station Wagon. The simple fact that this is a modded Land Rover Defender is all the reason I keep featuring one of these here time after time.

The exterior gets new front and rear wide wings with integrated vents and bolt apertures and a new X-Lander front grille. A new bumper with integrated lighting, bumper sump guard mesh hood vents to help cool the engine (or just to make it look more aggressive and cool) are notable additions whilst a Chelsea Truck Company spare wheel cover proudly flaunt its British roots.

A set of commanding Mondial wheels in Volcanic Black, in "9 x 20" fitment with 275x55x20" tyres, and painted brake callipers adorn the exterior as does a twin crosshair exhaust system, suspension lift, up-rated gas shocks/steering damper and hard wearing mud flaps.

One can also get the optional Kahn Power Upgrade unit which offers remapped performance in the form of enhanced power, smoother delivery and improved fuel economy. The hardware integrates directly with original equipment connection points, enabling easy fitting in minutes, and ensuring the unit can be removed at any time.

The interior gets those quilted RECARO leather seats which I love looking at. The standard seats have been replaced with GTB front, middle and rear folding seats in quilted and perforated leather. The centre glove box, passenger dashboard, grab handles, door panel inserts, instrument binnacle, rear door panel, roof headlining and sun visors are all upholstered to match. A lot of cows were sacrificed but not in vain as it looks gorgeous.

More stuff inside. There is a Churchill time clock and speedo/rev counter facia in black, door entry sill plates, rear cabin access LED lights, hard wearing front and rear cabin floor mats, Kahn billet steering wheel and vented machined aluminium foot pedals.

"Discreet Kahn branding completes the package and leaves no-one in any doubt as to the source of this elegant functional design and meticulous attention to detail" Yeah, this could be the only thing discreet about this Defender.

This vehicle is available for £99,995 if you are interested and in the neighbourhood. But if you're a poor sod and have to choose some of the items as you can't afford them all,  exterior and interior Chelsea Truck Company components are available to buy separately.
