The 2024 Golf Fan Fest: Celebrate 50 Years of Golf

The celebration of everything Volkswagen Golf will take place on 24th August 2024, from 11am to 8pm at Sepang International Circuit. This is where and when Volkswagen Malaysia are aiming for a Malaysia Book of Records of biggest Golf gathering to date. So if you have no plans this weekend, have a Golf, are not playing golf (the sport) or you need an excuse to give your wife or husband that you don't want to go to that family gathering, the 2024 Golf Fan Fest is where you need to be.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) have launched  the locally assembled Golf R - the only country to assemble it outside of Germany, and you can see it on display at the ongoing (till 26th May 2024) Malaysia Autoshow 2024 at MAEPS Serdang. The new Golf R will be sold at the recommended retail price of RM332,990. The price is inclusive of Volkswagen Assurance Package (VAP), which supports owners with 5 years maintenance, 5 years unlimited mileage warranty, and 5 years roadside assistance. With this package and the goodies which you can read in the paragraph below, this is super value for money. Better than the Civic Type-R which sells for around RM400,000. When I say it's better, it is as compared to the Civic, you actually get better ride, better comfort, better ergonomics and less boy racer attitude and its cheaper. Of course, if you want attitude, this is understated and the CTR has more of that.

The All-New 2024 Volkswagen Touareg R-Line now available for RM469,990 onwards - VW's premium SUV is back in Malaysia

Earlier this afternoon, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) officially launched the all-new 2024 Touareg R-Line to the Malaysian market. The locally assembled (CKD) flagship SUV is priced at the recommended retail price of RM469,990, inclusive of Volkswagen Assurance Package (VAP) but before insurance. The Touareg, now in its third generation, is Volkswagen’s first SUV back in 2002 and was last sold here in 2012. So this is a comeback of sorts for the brand in terms of full sized, large SUVs as well as into the premium market.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced the launch of their 2024 Chinese New Year campaign, Which features some discounts on their entire line-up of models. The sales promotion will be ongoing till the end of February 2024 and basically, the campaign offers up to RM18,888 of savings on Volkswagen models. 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI - Now with new upgrades for RM252k

First post for 2024! Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) have introduced an updated Golf GTI, equipped with Harman Kardon audio system and a Head-up Display feature. So the Golf GTI will now retail at RM252,990. A little premium over the previous year's variant of course. You have to pay for the good stuff you know.

VPCM and MHV Autohaus launches the First Das WeltAuto standalone dealership in Malaysia

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) together with its dealer partner, MHV Autohaus, had earlier today launched the first Das WeltAuto (DWA) independent dealership for Malaysia. DWA Gombak. Das WeltAuto is Volkswagen certified used car programme here and the newly set up centre has a total land size of 18,500 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 55 cars with two additional parking bays for car delivery. This is much like how the brand new car sales side works, but for used cars instead and as such, you do get more peace of mind as the setup is like Volkswagen's new car sales network, but done for pre-owned ones. 

New 2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI with IQ. Drive now on sale in Malaysia - Priced at RM244K++

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) recently unveiled the refreshed 2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI equipped with IQ. Drive which is Volkwagen's Driver Assistance System (DAS). The hot hatch now offers updated new features such as wireless charging and embroidered GTI logo on the driver and front passenger seats. All of this for the recommended retail price of RM244,990. In a nutshell, you get more active safety features in the latest version as well as some trim upgrades inside and out. The drive, like any Mk8 Golf GTI will be as sublime as ever.

Volkswagen Fest is Back! 15th & 16th of October 2022 at Sentul Depot, Kuala Lumpur

Hello folks, Volkswagen Fest in back for 2022 and will be held on the 15 th and 16 th of October at Sentul Depot in Kuala Lumpur. The New 2022 Volkwswagen Tiguan Allspace Elegance and R-Line 4MOTION Launched

Alright folks, over the weekend Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia launched the refreshed for 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace family sized SUV. Do note that for the moment, and maybe for a while, this is the only Tiguan SUV model available in the Malaysian market. The normal, shorter wheel based Tiguan will not be offered. Of course, this means more seating space inside and there are two variants, the new Tiguan Allspace Elegance priced at RM174,745.68 and the new Tiguan Allspace R-Line 4MOTION priced at RM219,443.59.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced that  they are now accepting pre-bookings for the all-new Golf R-Line, with the estimated price range between RM155,000 to RM165,000. The C segment hatchback was unveiled at the Sepang International Circuit as part of the official launch of the eighth generation of the Golf in Malaysia. The car was unveiled together with the iconic hot hatch GTI variant as well as a short preview of the upcoming top of the range, high performance Golf R.

The Volkswagen Golf GTI in its latest Mk8 Version Has Been Launched in Malaysia

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) launched the all-new Golf GTI at the Sepang International Circuit yesterday, the 16th of February 2022.  The all-new 8th generation GTI is the latest in what can be said as ultimate everyday performance car. Powered by a 2.0TSI turbocharged engine coupled with 7-speed wet clutch DSG making 245PS and 370Nm of torque, and then plonked into a practical hatchback body, the Golf GTI is practical yet promising a thrilling and memorable ride for the ones behind the wheel. The best thing is that it is locally assembled, therefore a much better proposition at RM211,689.54 onwards. A nice price drop from the previous MK7.5 version which was priced at around RM250,000.00.
