Today was one of those hectic days. Attended the Mercedes-Benz 1st Quarter 2018 media briefing and the launch of their EQ sub-brand for hybrid and electric powered vehicles. The event was held at Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. It was also a record first quarter in sales for them as people are buying Mercedes in record numbers.
Then in the afternoon I had attended aanother session at the Scania Malaysia headquarters in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam where I had the opportunity to meet and be part of an interview session with Mr. Henrik Henriksson (middle of the photo below), President & CEO of Scania AB. His first visit to Malaysia in this role. Very enlightening session on what Scania has in store.
Then, ended the evening BACK at KL for the unveiling of the Aston Martin DB11 V8 in Malaysia over at Aston Martin Kuala Lumpur.
Heck of a busy day folks. Lots of coffee and some stamina required. Stories of this will be out tomorrow.
