Auto Commerz Launches First Service Centre in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur Making Them Have Full 3S Capabilities Now

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with their newest dealer partner, Auto Commerz Sdn Bhd, have opened the interim (short term) Mercedes-Benz Auto Commerz 2S Service Centre which is located in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This new service centre comes after the interim Mercedes-Benz Auto Commerz Autohaus which was launched in September 2017, allowing  Auto Commerz to finally deliver a total and personalised customer experience for Mercedes-Benz customers.

The new 2S Service Centre is only 950m away from the Mercedes-Benz Auto Commerz Autohaus in Setapak. It has a land area of 13,866 sq ft and built-up area of 9,200 sq ft. and it was built to serve the ever growing Mercedes-Benz customer base, the service centre is equipped with state-of-the art Mercedes Benz approved diagnostic tools and equipment, and operated by professionally trained Mercedes Benz Certified Service Specialists.

Even though this is a temporary centre, like the showroom, it still follows the latest Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) showroom and service centre corporate image standards. With an investment of approximately RM2 million, it has the capacity to service up to 200 vehicles per month. This 2S centre shows Auto Commerz's commitment to the brand and customers. Their showroom and service centre will operate until their proper Mercedes-Benz 3S centre, which is located in Setapak, is completed

It is interesting to note that the marque has been growing in terms of the number of cars sold as well as their expansion in tandem with it. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and their dealer partners have continuously ploughed back either by enhancing their current centres or by adding new centres like this to cope and cater to the increasing demands, particularly after sales and servicing. You just don't expand without a serious thought towards car maintenance. It seems that Mercedes-Benz have not neglected this important aspect at all.

The service clinics cater to Mercedes-Benz cars, aged 48 months old and over. Customers who wish to have their vehicles undergo a full safety check conducted by a Mercedes-Benz Service Expert from Daimler, popularly known as a ‘Flying Doctor’, are urged to book their appointments in advance to secure their slot. The initiative allows customers a first-hand look at the comprehensive expertise and service that go into maintaining masterpieces bearing the Three-Pointed Star.
