This new showroom follows Ford's global corporate identity guidlines and is fully equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, and is staffed by Ford-certified technicians. All Ford dealership employees, including technicians, sales and service staff, have received Ford’s globally recognised training to develop their expertise and serve customer needs. No need to people in and around Taiping to head over to Ipoh or Butterworth for a full Ford experience.

Network in Malaysia with Upgraded Acecourt Showroom
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 22 May 2017 – Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), Ford Motor
Company’s distribution partner in Malaysia, today announced the opening of its newly upgraded
showroom – Acecourt Auto Sdn Bhd (Acecourt Auto).
This new showroom is built with Ford’s global Brand@Retail standards with improved service
reception area, making every aspect of the service experience consistent with Ford’s Global
Standards – from state-of- the-art equipment, to world-class trained staff.
“Acecourt Auto is designed to offer Ford’s fast-growing customer base in Taiping, Perak the
very best sales and aftersales experience,” said Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, managing
director, Sime Darby Auto Connexion. “This world-class upgraded showroom and service centre
is part of Ford and SDAC’s network expansion and customer service enhancement plan.

This upgraded facility is equipped with the latest Ford diagnostic tools, and is staffed by Ford-
certified technicians. All Ford dealership employees, including technicians, sales and service

customer needs.
While waiting for their service appointments, customers can relax in the dedicated customer
service lounge and enjoy free Wi-Fi, hot beverages and snacks.

Acecourt Auto Sdn Bhd is strategically located at Lot 18992, Batu 2 ½, Jalan Simpang, 34000
Taiping, Perak. The Showroom is open from 9:00am-6:00pm from Monday to Saturday, and
from 10:00am-4:00pm on Sunday, while the Service Centre opening hours are 8:30am-5:30pm
from Monday to Friday, and from 8:30am-1:30pm on Saturday.
