ExxonMobil’s distributor, Mobilub Trading Sdn Bhd (short for Mobil Lubricants), has signed a three-year agreement with Nasim Shd. Bhd., Peugeot’s authorized dealer in Malaysia. Mobilub will supply a range of Mobil lubricants to all 35 Peugeot outlets nationwide.
Mobilub has been already been working with Nasim over the past two years supplying Mobil lubricants to Peugeot outlets. This basically continues their current working relationship for the next few years.
The Mobil brand is an ExxonMobil brand. A few years ago they had their fuel stations in Malaysia. These days, they only do retail of their lubricants and other petroleum based products with the exception of doing petrol and diesel sales. Their Mobil 1 lubricant is one of the most well known lubricants out there. I suppose this collaboration would benefit Peugeot owners in the long run.
