The Perodua Tweckbot team is back in conjunction with the Deepavali celebrations this year. This time around, the Tweckbot team held its free 50-point vehicle inspection for its customers in Taiping, Perak. The Tweckbot programme, which was introduced in 2011, was a first for Perodua whereby it engages its customers via social media to offer free safety inspections at specified time, date and location.
The Perodua Tweckbot team has inspected over 4,000 vehicles since the programme began and aims to further increase that number in order to give its customers peace of mind, particularly when travelling to their respective kampungs during festive seasons.
The 50-point safety check includes an engine check, transmission check, coolant system (include coolant level, fan and temperature), brake system check (include brake fluid and brake pad wear) power steering system check, clutch system check, tyre check, suspension check, electrical system check (include battery, lights and water checks) and engine diagnosis.
In addition to the free 50-point safety check, Perodua will also offer a 20% discount on parts and accessories to its customers who participate in the programme. (Terms and conditions obviously apply).
Perodua also suggests that customers at the Perodua Tweckbot events who are waiting for their car to be checked can also register to be a member of Perodua’s UFirst programme, which offers attractive bargains as well as alert on Perodua’s latest promotions and activities. Actually, this also means that Perodua would also like for all of their customers to register for the UFirst programme so that they can benefit too.
Those interested in getting their Perodua vehicles checked under future Tweckbot events should register as the latest Perodua promotions and updates are highlighted there.
