New Renault Koleos is now launched and available at all Renault Showrooms nationwide

The all-new Renault Koleos – Renault’s new flagship SUV – is now launched and available in Renault showrooms nationwide. The fresh looking SUV is available at the introductory price of RM172,800 in Peninsular Malaysia and RM116,800 in Langkawi (on-the-road inclusive of GST, without insurance and for private registration).

The all-new Koleos embodies Renault’s premium vision for markets where SUV sales are on the rise. The Koleos is equipped with a 2.5L engine which is capable of delivering 171PS and peak torque of 226Nm. 200Nm torque is available from as low as 1,800rpm. 

In conjunction with the showroom availability, TCEC is inviting the public to their showroom launch to view the all-new Renault Koleos in Renault showrooms across the country on the 15 & 16 October 2016. During this weekend, one can explore and test drive the all-new Koleos as well as the full range of stylish, contemporary Renault cars on display, including the versatile Captur urban crossover, the elegant Fluence sedan and sporty Clio GT Line hatchback. Those who complete a test drive will receive exclusive Renault merchandise.

ALL-NEW KOLEOS NOW IN ALL RENAULT SHOWROOMS

Refined, elegant, spacious and robust

As Renault’s first premium D-segment SUV, the all-new Koleos completes the styling renaissance of the brand’s modern generation of vehicle line-up.

In keeping with the Renault design strategy introduced by Laurens van den Acker, the all-new Koleos is covered by design pillar ‘EXPLORE,’ which stands for robustness and a taste for adventure. It was the pursuit of these qualities that inspired Renault’s designers to give the all-new Koleos taut, powerful, muscular lines while featuring classic SUV design cues – door protective mouldings, large-diameter wheels and aluminium roof bars.

With knee room of 289mm, the all-new Renault Koleos not only outclasses its rivals but also provides rear passengers with generous head room, shoulder room and elbow room.

In addition to its benchmark cabin space, the all-new Koleos boasts a large modular boot and numerous handy storage solutions.

Key equipment and specification of the all-new Renault Koleos include full LED Pure Vision headlights with dynamic C-shaped daytime running lights, powerfully designed 18-inch Argonaute alloy wheels, R-LINK 2 multimedia system with an 8.7 inch display that offers the same tactile functions as a personal tablet, instrument display with 7-inch personalisable colour screen and ambient lighting.

Designed and equipped to make driving safer, passive and active safety features in the all-new Renault Koleos include six airbags (two adaptive front airbags, two lateral thorax/shoulder airbags for the front occupants, two curtain airbags), blind spot warning system, anti-whiplash front and rear head rests, anti-submarining front seats and rear ISOFIX anchorage for i-Size child seats, while all seat belts are equipped with pretensioners and load limiters.

The all-new Renault Koleos is available in four elegant colours - Universal White, Grey Metallic, Black Metallic and Meissen Blue
