If you're interested in procuring a Subaru but need a little more incentive now's the time. Motor Image Malaysia, the authorised distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, will be selling limited show units including the Subaru Forester 2.0i-Premium,. These vehicles were previously used by international stunt driver Russ Swift during various Subaru roadshows. Motor Image Malaysia is offering these cars at a special promotional price commencing 21 October 2016.
The show units, aka The Cars On Offer, are packaged at a promo price of RM129,900 (OTR without insurance) for Peninsular Malaysia and RM132,958 (OTR without insurance) for East Malaysia, accompanied with a 5-year or 100,000 km warranty (whichever is earlier).
These cars may have been used as props for the Russ Swift show and should be proper low milers only used for the promotional drives. But of course, some have also been 'lightly used' by Russ Swift himself. I have to say that these cars are robust and copes well with the show driving. The best thing is that they still come with the same complete warranty as a totally brand new Subaru.
Speaking about Russ Swift, that skillful fella will be showcasing his stunt driving skills yet again at the Subaru Russ Swift Stunt Show on 26 - 27 November 2016 at Desa ParkCity (outdoor carpark), Kuala Lumpur at 1.00pm, 3.00pm and 5.00pm. Everyone is welcome to come and watch. So do take note. It should also coincide with the year end school holidays too.

The Subaru Forester 2.0i-Premium is a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) equipped with Subaru’s signature Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive (S-AWD) that provides unmatched stability and excellent traction in wet and muddy conditions. One of the key highlights of the Forester is the X-MODE, which ensures optimised control of the vehicle by delivering functions such as Hill Descent Control (HDC) and enhanced Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC). It is also equipped with seven airbags (dual front, sides and curtains and driver’s side knee), the most in its class in Malaysia.
