Mighty Bakery is a company that produces bread, buns and confectionery under the household brand Mighty White. The company has relied on Isuzu trucks since 2012 and now it has grown its fleet of Isuzu trucks to 100 units with this recent batch of trucks. This latest batch of units is in line with the company's business expansion into new markets throughout Peninsular Malaysia as well as some of them being replacement for some of the fleet's ageing trucks.

Isuzu trucks have now become the food manufacturer’s preferred vehicle brand for its logistics and distribution set up due to its solid built-up and sturdiness, aside from offering economical fuel consumption and lower maintenance fees. As the case with fleet operators, up-time is very important. In the case of a bread maker, it is essential to deliver their products on time due to its short shelf life. Freshness is key to such a food produce.

Isuzu Malaysia's Batu Pahat-based authorised dealer, Jumbo Arena Sdn Bhd, was the dealer that made the delivery. The handover ceremony was attended by Isuzu Malaysia’s Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Vehicle Division, Mikio Tsukui, who took the opportunity to extend his appreciation and gratitude towards Mighty Bakery for their long-standing support and trust towards both Isuzu Malaysia and Jumbo Arena. Tsukui also believes that Isuzu will be a beneficial transportation partner that ensures productivity and reliability.

A symbolic mock key was also presented to Rodney Khor, the Marketing Director of Mighty Bakery Sdn Bhd, and the handover event which took place at the company’s plant in Balakong, Selangor. The event was witnessed by Lim Kian Hong, Senior Logistic Executive; and Law Lai Poh, Logistic Executive, of Mighty Bakery. Also in attendance was Jumbo Arena Sdn Bhd Managing Director, Yeo Ann Siong; and After-Sales Manager, David Yeo.
