Spotted For Sale: 2003 Perodua Kancil with One Lady Owner - What does it mean actually?

Here we have a 2003 Perodua Kancil advertised on what I consider Malaysia's favourite free advertising site. It says that this Kancil has one lady owner. After looking at the photos the first thing that came to my mind was what does '1 Lady Owner' actually mean?

According to the seller the car is "Keep Well Maintain" and "Use for Town Only". What does this mean when you add "1 Lady Owner (Student)' to it?

And then you look at the photos....

I see an ex-student's car, her first which is used to play dodgem cars, during her commute to and from her college. This must be her practice vehicle. She learnt how to hit other cars with it. Which is why We have unpainted bumpers (could be stock), unpainted front bonnet and fenders. We may have a spray painted tailgate as you can see some paint near the rear number plate. I see different front and back panels basically, but this is just me speculating on how Well Maintained' this Kancil is.

But seriously folks...whaddya think?
