MODENAS Power Store Catering to Modenas Street Bikes is Now Open in Kota Damansara

Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd or better know to many Malaysians as MODENAS, has launched its first specialty store for MODENAS’ range of street bikes. This store is their first ever in the region and is branded as the MODENAS Power Store. It is a one-stop motorcycle sales and service centre catering exclusively to street bikes like the Modenas Pulsar and Dominar. It is located in Sunsuria Avenue, Kota Damansara.

The MODENAS Power Store also offers specialised on-site repairs (including major repair works), servicing and customisations for MODENAS street bikes models. It also ensures the use of genuine spare parts and also has special accessories sourced from all over ASEAN. Aside from the servicing and offering Modenas test bikes, customers can also get financing on their Modenas purchases there.

MODENAS Chief Executive Officer, Roslan Roskan explained that the introduction of the MODENAS Power Store concept to Malaysia was to enable the company to elevate its business presence and profile in the country.

Roslan said, “The MODENAS Power Store will not only enhance the motorcycle purchase experience but also provide our customers with a holistic motorcycle ownership experience from financing arrangements, bike enhancements, genuine spare parts, test-rides, as well as repairs and servicing by highly-trained mechanics. This would allow us to build and maintain a cordial, long-term relationship with our customers in the country and provide us with more opportunities to engage with them,”

Bajaj have been instrumental in MODENAS making the 'upgrade' to street bikes. The Modenas Pulsar and Dominar are based on Bajaj models of the same name. Now with the new specialty store, it could be said that this is a good step up in terms of customer experience for the brand. The next step is for more of these Power Stores to be set up throughout the country for better customer touchpoints.
