Perodua has a new 3S centre in Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh. The brand new centre is operated by their dealer, Yusmanida Auto Sdn Bhd and was officially launched earlier today. It will cater all of Perodua sales, service and spare part needs of Perodua customers located within the surrounding area.
The launch of the centre was officiated by Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Haji Ahmad Maslan together with Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Madani Sahari, Jeram State Assemblyman Dato’ Haji Amiruddin Setro, Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk (Dr) Aminar Rashid Salleh and Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd Managing Director, Dato’ Dr Zahari Husin.
This new Perodua 3S centre has a built up area of 16,000 sq ft on a total land area of 45,000 sq ft, and is staffed by a total of 65 employees including 30 sales advisors and 12 service advisors. It is now one of the most well equipped Perodua service centres in the central region and was built at a total cost of RM11 million. Yusmanida Auto put a lot of effort into this project as construction of the centre began in August 2016 and was completed in April 2017 with operations starting in September 2017.
The centre is fully equipped with customer comfort, convenience and satisfaction in mind when setting it up. It is capable of servicing up to six cars at any one time and Perodua customers can relax its large lounge area which includes three TV sets, a mini library, children’s play area, vending machines and beverage-making facilities. It definitely improves customer touch points and the overall customer experience having a centre like this.
Yusmanida Auto has been a Perodua dealer since 2003 where they previously ran a sales outlet along Jalan Meru in Klang. The company had built up a very strong working relationship with Perodua over the years and when they had to move to a new location, they scouted this location and started building this new centre.
“Over the past 15 years, Yusmanida Auto has built a strong working relationship with Perodua based on trust and a common desire to give our customers the best they deserve,” Datuk (Dr) Aminar said
As for Yusmanida Auto's representative, Managing Director Tuan Haji Sarizal Yusman Yusoff, “We have always been happy and proud to be working with the nation’s top-selling carmaker. We hope that with the expansion of our offerings to include service and spare parts, and in a new location, we will be able to offer a more complete and one-stop Perodua Experience to customers and residents in the vicinity, in line with Perodua’s Transformation 2.0 initiative,.” They also thanked Perodua for all the support and guidance empowering entrepreneurs like Yusmanida Auto.
Perodua now has a total of 186 sales and 183 service outlets in Malaysia, as well as 24 Body & Paint outlets.
This is one of the success stories that I've heard in terms of Perodua dealers and parts vendors. Perodua is one of the few companies here that actually guide and assist their trade partners so that these partners actually grow together with them. No one gets left behind is what I say.
