Aside from launching the refreshed Maxus V80 commercial van, Weststar Maxus had officially opened their new 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) centre in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The new 3S centre will provide Weststar Maxus with a more viable customer touch point for current and future Maxus customers in the Northern states.
According to the folks at Weststar Maxus, the new facility will act as Weststar Maxus' northern hub. It will be able provide quality sales and after sales service to its customers in (northern) Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis. The 3S centre is well equipped with a spacious showroom, service area, customer waiting area complete with a kids play room (suitable for those bringing with children, especially the G10 MPV customers) and more customer-centric facilities.
As Weststar Maxus had recently refreshed the V80 commercial van and also having the G10 MPV as an alternative to the usual slew of Japanese MPVs, which are packaged with exciting promotional campaigns and service packages, they are confident that their sales are expected to increase by at least 30%.
“We’re making a great leap forward to become a mainstream automobile player in Malaysia,” said Datuk Vikram Menon, Executive Director, the Weststar Group Dato’ (seen here with Nik Hamdan Nik Hassan (left), the Weststar Group Senior Vice President). “We now have refreshed and expanded award-winning models such as Maxus G10 and Maxus V80, and an expanding network of showrooms and after sales service facilities, to achieve our goal.”
Datuk Menon had also added that the after-sales component is an integral part of its overall plan to grow the Weststar Maxus brand. This facility together with our appointed service dealers in the region are able to serve our customers with well trained technicians.
Aside from the above, there are also plans to open another 3S facility in Alor Star in the near future to further consolidate Weststar Maxus’s presence in the Northern region.
Currently, Weststar Maxus have a special package to commemorate the unveiling of the new V80 Weststar Maxus is offering amazing incentives for Maxus V80 customers with 150,000 km free service with a three year warranty. The free service for all Weststar Maxus models includes parts, labour, and lubricants.
