Naza Kia Malaysia, the official distributor of KIA vehicles for this glorious country has announced the KIA Mega Merdeka campaign from now till the end of August 2018. This is a sales promotion with exclusive deals and value-added privileges for the Kia Cerato 1.6 SX and the Kia Picanto EX. It is held in conjunction with the 61 st Merdeka celebrations and is a final chance to enjoy the tax holiday before SST is implemented.
The Kia Cerato 1.6 SX is on sale from RM83,032.45 (on-the-road without insurance) while the Kia Picanto EX is priced from RM47,079.43 (on-the-road without insurance). Both come with Kia’s standard 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage.
Now aside from the limited-time prices for the KIA Mega Merdeka, customers will also receive a free Red One SIM card for every purchase of the Kia Cerato 1.6 SX or Picanto EX during the month of August 2018. There is also a special privilege available for Cerato 1.6 SX models only, as Naza Kia adds free maintenance service for first three years including parts and labour fees. Great value and a lot of peace of mind if one may say so.
The KIA Cerato 1.6 SX is one of the nicer looking 4 door C segment sedans out there. Standard equipment includes Bluetooth connectivity, push-start ignition, an 8” touchscreen display with rear view camera and
enhanced safety features, among others. So you are getting a very nice sedan with quite a lot of kit for a decent price and free servicing.
The KIA Picanto EX variant is a nice cute little A-segment car that would actually make one stand out in a sea of Saga, Iriz, Axia and Myvi out there. A lot of style and nice feel to it as KIA these days feel quite Euro-centric in terms of driving feel.
