Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Hino Malaysia) has officially opened their upgraded Hino Centre located in Port Klang. The centre, operated by their authorised dealers, Eng Kee Commercial Vehicles Sdn Bhd has been upgraded from a Sales only centre to a 3S (Sales, Services & Spare Parts) centre. The new centre adds more customer facilities in Port Klang and adds to Hino's concept of Total Support where the new Hino 3S centre can provide customers with the best one-stop solution centre from the time the truck is sold and throughout the lifetime of its maintenance for the surrounding region.
The new Hino 3S Centre Port Klang is situated in a very high commercial traffic zone. Port Klang is largest port in Malaysia and it is the main trade route and commercial and industrial hub of the country. The location also sees many Hino truck customers plying that area and with a proper 3S centre, it should do well for vehicle maintenance and an even more faster turnaround time in terms of vehicle servicing.
Eng Kee Commercial Vehicles has been a Hino dealer since 2006. Their new 3S centre has a 24,000 square-feet area which allows for three (3) service bays at the rear of the building. It also features a customer lounge which serves refreshment and free Wi-Fi. All of these allow them to serve the customer better and also ensures a more customer-centric experience for Hino customers there.
The opening of the new Hino 3S centre was officiated by the Board of Directors from both companies, Hino Malaysia and Eng Kee Commercial Vehicles, witnessed by all guests that present to enliven the ceremony. With this new centre, Hino Malaysia has a total of 37 3S centres throughout Malaysia to date and all conform to the company’s new standard and corporate image.

In tandem with the Total Support values which emphasizing the equal fortitude of after-sales value, Hino Malaysia has now introduced the new warranty of its light-duty truck, HINO 300 Series. The previous warranty which offered three (3) years and 100,000 km, is now upgrading to the five (5) years and 200, 000 km including train power.
