Now before I start writing my first impressions review on the recently previewed, All-New 2019 Toyota Rush for the Malaysian market, here is a short video of us having some fun with the Rush SUV during the short media drive we managed to take part in.
The 2019 Toyota Rush SUV seats seven, is powered by a 1.5 liter petrol powered 4 cylinder engine making 105hp. Not much, but it is tuned for torque at lower rpm and seems adequate to move people around. It looks quite like a proper SUV too, which is a very good thing.
Take a look at the Youtube video below. We did some donuts and some basic off-roading at a mining pool somewhere near Putrajaya/Cyberjaya. It actually has quite a comfortable ride during the off road stint! This is actually quite good for rough road surfaces but note that it is a rear wheel drive only setup and not 4wd. But still quite good.
