UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd (UMWT), the authorised distributor for Toyota vehicles in Malaysia, has announced the official opening of an upgraded Toyota 2S centre located in Sg Penchala, Kuala Lumpur. The new centre, operated by their dealers, Crestmax Auto (Services) Sdn Bhd (Crestmax Auto).
The new 2S centre offers a full range of after sales services which include service and spare parts and complements Crestmax Auto's sales outlet which is located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail a short distance away.
The Crestmax Auto 2S (Service & Spares) Toyota outlet has a built up area of 2100 sq.ft. It has 8 service bays, a fully equipped lounge which provides refreshments and free WiFi as well as other creature comforts which should allow customers to pass the time while they wait for their Toyota to be serviced.
The new 2S centre first started operations in early Oct 2018 and basically upgrades Toyota's customer touch points in the area surrounding it such as Damansara Perdana, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kota Damansara and Bandar Utama. Now, the after sales experience for Toyota has been upgraded in the area mentioned.
