TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the authorised distributors of Renault in Malaysia, have announced the new Zero GST prices for its Renault vehicles. The revised prices will take effect immediately with the upcoming implementation of the zero-rated GST (from the 1st of June 2018 onwards) till further notice. Aside from the zero GST pricing,there will also be additional offers in the form of rebates depending on which Renault model. One can save up to RM40,000 from all of the rebates.
Prior to 1st June, TCEC will absorb the 6% GST for vehicles registered with immediate effect. As for the other offers and promotional rebates, customers are able to enjoy additional rebates for relevant models immediately.
All prices stated in the price list above are on-the-road, without insurance, for Peninsular Malaysia and private individual Malaysian registration only. Every Renault stated in the price list above will come with Renault’s five-year full manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage.
Offers and Promotional Packages For The Renault Captur.
TCEC also announced more details for the Renault Captur. This compact crossover is their best selling car and they have stated that the new GST zero-rated price also covers the 5-in-Captur aftersales package. Like most distributors, TCEC is not removing any other perks and benefits with the zero rated GST prices.
The package is as follows-
Free service and maintenance (parts and labour) for five years or up to 100,000km, whichever comes first
A five-year manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage
Complimentary 24 hours roadside assistance (Only available for customers who purchase their insurance under Tan Chong Insurance Business Stream - TCIBS)
Pick-up and delivery during scheduled maintenance at Renault service centres
Mobility service of replacement car in the event any part is not available for over 48 hours at authorised service centres, subject to availability
With the discounts, buying a Renault could be quite a unique ownership experience.
After sales support seems to be taken seriously by TCEC as Renault after sales coverage for servicing and maintenance can be done through the 14 Renault service centres and also through Tan Chong Group’s nationwide network.
