Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia), have recently introduced their latest financial solution for Mercedes-Benz customers - the AgilityPlus plan. This latest financing option is an end-to-end solution which now gives their customers even more leeway to customise a suitable monthly installment package that would best finance, protect and maintain their Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
The AgilityPlus package will allow customers will enjoy the benefits of its the Mercedes-Benz Agility Financing plan with its flexible end of agreement options to either settle or extend their contracts, or to return their Mercedes-Benz vehicles with no strings attached (provided that certain key details are adhered to of course). The Guaranteed Future Value is an important feature which protects customers against depreciation, while enjoying lower monthly installments.
AgilityPlus offers customers the extra option to equip their Agility Financing plan with value add-ons. Customers can choose one, or a combination of add-ons, comprising the Mercedes-Benz Comprehensive Motor Insurance, Tyre and Rim Insurance, Return to Invoice (RTI) Insurance as well as the Mercedes-Benz Service Package (Compact or Compact Plus). The service contract from Mercedes-Benz gives customers peace of mind at the wheel, without having to worry about unexpected repairs and costs. Prior to this, the service part was never offered. The plan actually offers a nearly total peace of mind so that customers just basically pay and drive their Mercedes-Benz without the need to even worry about servicing costs.
Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia recently celebrated their fifth year operating on their own. Super successful in growing the Mercedes-Benz financing business with over RM2.3billion worth in their portfolio. They have been slowly taken the Mercedes-Benz Agility financing package and made it a favourable option to those that want to finance their Mercedes-Benz.
“Customers enjoy greater cash flow flexibility with AgilityPlus because payments are structured into installments. We designed the package to replace the lump-sum payment requirement so customers can now enjoy savings with upfront purchases. " said Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia, Managing Director, Mike Ponnaz (pictured above).
With the inclusion of the Mercedes-Benz Service Package, customers are assured their Mercedes-Benz vehicles are cared for by trained and experienced technicians, equipped with the latest diagnostic tools and guaranteed use of genuine parts. Our presence at touch-points throughout our extensive network further guarantees convenience for our customers nationwide” added Ponnaz.
The length of each financing and insurance solution is adjustable (eg three years or five years). The tenure options for Agility Financing, RTI and Mercedes-Benz Service Package (Compact) is between one to five years, while the tenure for Comprehensive Motor Insurance and Tyre and Rim is one year (renewal basis). The Mercedes-Benz Service Package (Compact Plus) is a one-off add-on to those that want servicing costs to be covered for total peace of mind.
AgilityPlus groups important vehicle ownership requirements and solutions (like insurance, servicing and more) under one roof for added convenience and value-added benefits. Additionally, customers benefit from savings as a result of being protected against the fluctuations of volatile market prices through the Guarantee Future Value and Mercedes-Benz Service Package (resale value is super important to a majority of Malaysians). These packages certainly enhances the customer’s ownership experience and would definitely promote brand loyalty.
As an example, Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia have stated that a Mercedes-Benz GLC200 with the Drive360+ option for five years (20,000km per annum), with a five year RTI amount, one year Comprehensive Motor Insurance and Tyre and Rim and Service Package (Compact Plus) will only cost the customer RM 4,715.00 per month. Make sure the mileage is capped at the 20,000km option, and that is the only amount payable every month throughout the five years of ownership. Quite fantastic if you are someone who likes working on a fixed budget. It is suitable for those with a vehicle allowance especially those working for larger companies and that sort.
Aside from the AgilityPlus plan, Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia has also introduced the EQ Agility Care campaign, which runs until 30 June 2018, to compliment the newly launched EQ Power products (the new sub-brand used for the Mercedes-Benz plug-in Hybrid cars). Through the EQ Agility Care campaign, customers who are also eligible to add on AgilityPlus solutions. These customers will receive scheduled vehicle maintenance and servicing, along with an EQ Power charging wallbox packaged with their new EQ Power C350 e or E350 e for an ownership tenure of one to five years.
Performance Agility Care Campaign from 25th April to 30th June 2018
Through AgilityPlus, MBSM is also running the Performance Agility Care campaign from 25 April to 30 June. The campaign offers Agility Financing for all Mercedes-Benz AMG 43 and 45 models for an ownership tenure of one to five years, complemented by a service package and exclusive AMG merchandise.
