Do note that there will be savings on the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and i30N only, as they seem to still have stocks for the 2019 Tucson, Elantra and Starex. It does seem that while these models are quite good, and look good, these are slow movers and they have not assembled or ordered new 2020 Model Year variants of the cars mentioned.
But we also note that you can get these 2019 cars at a cheaper price already. Some have really a lot of rebates as speaking from what I personally know, a friend just got an early 2019 pre-registered IONIQ Plus at around RM83,0000+ only (like the one in the cover image). He just got the car registered to his name after the MCO lockdown and it actually enjoying it.
The thing about the IONIQ is that driving it feels more like a large family car rather than a 1.6liter hatchback. The hybrid powertrain actually has as much torque as a 2.0liter engine most of the time and is so quiet as crawling speeds in traffic too. A worthy look at even though it may not benefit from the 2020 Sales tax rebates.
