This is the Peugeot e-Showroom, which is on their on their official website - https://peugeot.com.my/online-showroom/. The new addition was made to have more convenience for customers to browse and book Peugeot models such as the Peugeot 3008 SUV Plus and Peugeot 5008 SUV Plus without the need to actually head to a showroom.
The reason for the upgrade of sorts to their website (and to many other websites of many companies) is the change in standard business practices due to the current coronavirus pandemic faced globally which requires a bit more social distancing. So rather than asking customers to only head to their showrooms, it is now online for them to see the models that they want.
You could, but if you didn't need to go through the usual social distancing necessities like being 1.5meters apart from everyone, using sanitisers, scanning QR codes etc.

Additionally, Peugeot is also offering a value-add service for customers with a complimentary Home Test Drive*, where customers can request for a test drive Peugeot to be sent to their home address. Again, it allows customers the choice of being in a safe location rather than meet more people.
