Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's Precautionary Measures During The Movement Control Order from Now Till 31st March 2020

As with the other press releases prior to this published on Motoring Malaysia, we have now received the official statement from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and as it is a duty for us to spread the news to you folks out there, we are publishing the statement in full down below. It does follow the same basic bits of news like the other car companies out there. Their manufacturing facility, showrooms and service centres are all closed from 18 to 31st March 2020 in line with slowing down the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

You can get in touch with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia via their hotline of course - 1800-88-1133.

You can wait and you have to wait. I think if you have warranty claims happening during this period it could be a good reason for car makers to still honour it due to the circumstances surrounding this period.
