Volvo Car Malaysia, together with their dealer-partners, Pekin Auto have officially opened the latest Volvo Car showroom and service centre in Peninsula Malaysia. The new 3S centre is located in Skudai, Johor and it will boost the European premium car maker's dealership network in the Southern region.

The new 3S Centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) is located in one of the busiest suburban areas of Johor Bahru. It features Volvo Cars’ latest retail standard, called the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE). This is a dealer guide that best communicates the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired values and brings with it quite a unique customer experience to those that purchase a Volvo car.
During the opening ceremony, Mr Nalin Jain, Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia had said, “Our brand puts high emphasis on people, safety, and the environment. It extends beyond our cars – we are committed to ensure that our customers are looked after throughout their ownership journey.”
The new 3S Centre features was set up to cater to a growing customer base in and around Johor Bahru. It features a well-appointed Scandinavian-inspired showroom that houses the brand’s latest models and it also has a fully equipped service centre with a total of five repair bays. It also has the usual customer luxuries befitting a premium brand.

This expansion is part of Volvo Car's expansion in Malaysia. Volvo Car Malaysia has been enjoying a surge in sales volume thanks to a stronger retail presence. This is a result of Volvo Car Malaysia’s transformation plan and the fact that their current line-up is their strongest in decades! In the first half of 2019, Volvo Car Malaysia recorded more than 60 per cent year-on-year growth here in Malaysia.The brand is back, in many ways.
The Volvo Car showroom opens from 8:30 am till 6:00 pm, from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm on Sundays. The service centre opens from 8:30 pm till 6:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays, and from 8:30 am till 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
