Volkswagen Now Offering RM2,000 Rebates on the Golf GTI & Golf R

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is currently giving RM2,000 rebates on the New Golf GTI and Golf R (the Mk 7.5 variant). This is like the other cars in the Malaysian product line-up, where most are current on the Malaysia and Merdeka Day offers and you get rebates for them from RM2,000 to RM15,000 (the full rebate list is down below).

The Volkswagen Golf GTI features a new 2.0TSI turbocharged engine paired with a 6-speed wet clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG) driving its front wheels. It has 230PS with 350Nm of torque. Notable equipment are the GTI ‘Vienna’ perforated leather seats, 18” Milton Keynes alloy wheels, 12.3” Active Info Display, 8” Discover Media with App-Connect, LED headlights with Dynamic Cornering Lights, LED taillights with Dynamic Indicators.  The driving experience is further enhanced with Adaptive Chassis Control (DCC) and driving mode selection.

Now not forgetting the Golf R. This is a true performance powerhouse, the Golf R has 290PS and 380 Nm of torque of 380Nm from its 2.0TSI turbocharged engine. All Wheels are driven (the 4MOTION all wheel drive system) via a 7-speed wet clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG) which allows a 0 to 100km/h time of 5.1 seconds. 

Other notable equipment include R ‘Vienna’ perforated leather seats and 19” Pretoria alloy wheels. Feature highlights include 12.3” Active Info Display, 9.2” Discover Pro with App-Connect and Gesture Control, LED headlights with Dynamic Cornering Lights, LED taillights

with Dynamic Indicators and progressive steering.
