Isuzu Malaysia’s latest authorized dealership, Autoexec Corporation, recently celebrated their new existence by having a truck handing over ceremony to its very first commercial vehicle customer. The truck, a light duty Isuzu Elf NPR81 was handed over to BC Roller Shutter Services Sdn Bhd.
The newly-appointed Isuzu dealership is located in Kg Datuk Keramat, Kuala Lumpur. Quite a centralised location and strategically placed to cater to its inner-city, intra-urban clientele. Autoexec Corporation managed to garner this special sale within a month after being appointed as an authorized Isuzu dealer.
CEO of Isuzu Malaysia Mr Koji Nakamura thanked the management of Autoexec Corporation for their foresight and interest in building the Isuzu network. He said, “We are glad to welcome Autoexec Corporation to the Isuzu family and congratulate them on the successful delivery of their first vehicle. I am confident that through their commitment to customer satisfaction, they will be able to develop a strong clientele and bring positive experiences to Isuzu customers,”
With the opening of this new dealership, Isuzu Malaysia now has a network of eight authorized commercial vehicle sales outlets in and around the Klang Valley to cater the growing demand for its trucks. In the days where online sales are now the norm, the uptake for last mile delivery trucks has risen and the market for light duty trucks has picked up nearly everywhere. In large cities like Kuala Lumpur, this is even more so.
The handing-over ceremony was attended by COO of Isuzu Malaysia Atsunori Murata, Director of Autoexec Corporation Mr NT Lo and Head of Sales Ms Kenix Low while representing BC Roller Shutter Services Sdn Bhd was its Director Mr Nelson Tan.
“As Malaysia’s top truck brand, our responsibility does not end after the truck leaves the showroom. Our after-sales support must grow in tandem with our customers’ businesses to ensure that they enjoy the necessary support to keep their business running smoothly and efficiently,” added Mr Nakamura.
