The Sendok Group, together with TTS Engineering Group have Opened the New Sinotruk / CAM Kuantan 4S Centre. To mark the auspicious occasion, Sendok Group also launched a New Sinotruk Heavy-Duty Model and also held a 100 Units fleet delivery ceremony to their customers - 50 units of T7H model to logistic company, Heng Da Logistic (M) Sdn Bhd and 50 units of SWZ tipper model to Menta Construction Sdn Bhd. The New Sinotruk T7H has a 540hp engine and comes with a five year limited warranty package.
The Sendok Group is a Malaysian business conglomerate with its principal business in the import-export and trading of used automobile spare parts, trucks, heavy machinery and equipment. They are also the official distributor of the Sinotruk brand of commercial vehicles in Malaysia and in order to better service their customers on the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia, they've recently opened its brand new 4S centre in Kuantan. The centre is a collaboration between Sendok Group as the distributor and assembler in Malaysia and TTS Engineering Group Sdn Bhd, an established truck solutions provider in Kuantan.
The new Sinotruk 4S centre also handles CAM Vehicles, is located along Jalan Gambang. The centre will serve as the service point for customers in the east coast region. The centre will provide sales, service, spare parts and body and paint services to Sinotruk’s heavy-duty commercial vehicle customers as well as serving CAM’s light-duty commercial vehicle customers. The CAM brand is the marketing arm of Sendok Group’s light-duty commercial vehicles.
According to the management of Sendok Group, it has taken six months and a total investment of RM2 million to complete the centre. This 4S centre has a total workshop area of 7,000 square feet, supported by a 4,200 square feet warehouse for spare parts. The new centre has 12 bays for truck maintenance work, of which eight bays are for light-duty trucks and 4 bays allocated for heavy-duty trucks. A mobile unit for on-site servicing is also stationed at the centre for fast truck maintenance and spare parts delivery to customers. Other facilities include a special truck and trailer wheel alignment machine imported from Sweden, which can do full truck alignment without needing to decouple the trailer.
The launch was officiated by guest-of-honour Yang Berhormat Puan Fuziah binti Salleh, Member of Parliament (Kuantan) and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister Department (Religion), accompanied by Gwee Bok Wee, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Sendok Group, Yuan Zhong Bo, Director & General Manager for Southeast Asia and Oceania, Sinotruk International Ltd and Dato' Yap Yeow Ho, Group Chairman, TTS Engineering Group.
New Sinotruk T7H Launched with 5 year Unlimited Warranty
Aside from the opening of the new 4S centre, Sendok also took the opportunity to launch the new Sinotruk T7H with 540 horsepower heavy-duty model as well as introducing a new warranty structure called the ‘T Series’ was also launched, where it offers very competitive package of five years of unlimited warranty to customers.
To mark the auspicious event, a handing over ceremony for 100 units of Sinotruk heavy-duty trucks to two Kuantan-based customers was also held.- 50 units of the T7H model were purchased by Heng Da Logistic Sdn Bhd and the other 50 units of the SWZ tipper model were bought by Menta Construction Sdn Bhd.

Sendok Group now has five 4S centres including this Kuantan 4S centre in its stable of 50 dealership and service centres in Malaysia, and has plans to add more in the near future.
