Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) together with their authorised dealer, Evatrend, has officially opened the latest Mitsubishi 3S centre which is located in Taman Midah, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This is also Evatrend's second Mitsubishi 3S centre and MMM's 53rd showroom / service centre in Malaysia. Evatrend's other 3S centre is located in Setapak, also in Kuala Lumpur.
The new 3S Centre operated by Evatrend has a built up area of 4,908 square feet and had cost RM800,000 to set it up. It comes with a fully-equipped workshop with fully equipped advance diagnostic tools and Special Set Tools (SST) to serve every Mitsubishi vehicle as well as ample spare part stocks (for fast moving consumable items) to ensure quick turnaround in regular servicing.
According to Tomoyuki Shinnishi, Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the new 3S centre sports Mitsubishi's latest Corporate Identity design. He said, “Our principal Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) in Japan recently launched a new global tagline called ‘Drive your Ambition’. It is a powerful statement of our commitment to the values and aspirations of its drivers. We are pleased to note that Evatrend is the first Mitsubishi Motors showroom with our new corporate identity.”

Speaking at the launch about the strategic location of the new 3S Centre, Low Foi, Chairman of Siang Hin Group, the parent company of Evatrend and a long time automotive industry player, said, “Our 3S centre is located strategically in Cheras, which makes it convenient for customers from neighbouring towns such as Kajang, and Semenyih to send their cars for servicing.”
“As a Mitsubishi Motors dealer, we are not only committed to promoting good cars, but we are also customer-oriented from sales to after-sales service.” added Low.
Evatrend also took the opportunity to display the newly launched Mitsubishi Triton pickup at the new showroom.
