Audi Malaysia and Swire Motors officially open Audi Puchong

So many things happened yesterday - F1 pre-race parties, car launches, a diesel fuel launch and showroom launches. Which brings us to this piece of news. Audi Malaysia has announced the appointment of Swire Motors as the latest authorised dealer for the Audi brand in Malaysia.  Audi Puchong has already begun operations early September at a temporary Audi Puchong Showroom located at the SetiaWalk Mall, with after sales support provided at a dedicated facility nearby. This interim arrangement will precede the construction of a fully-fledged Audi Puchong 3S centre that will begin operations in 2018.

This is the eighth official Audi sales outlet in Malaysia and the first operated by regional automotive sales player, Swire Motors (who also operate Volkswagen Puchong by the way).  

Right now, the temporary Audi Puchong showroom will be able to display four vehicles on its 3,500 sq. ft showroom floor, whilst the temporary service facility will have 3 dedicated service bays to start off with. Audi Puchong will also initially employ a total of 20 staff, rising to 40 once operations are fully underway in 2018, when the dedicated Audi Puchong 3S centre is opened.

Temporary showroom begins sales operations immediately at SetiaWalk Mall, Puchong,

with an all-new comprehensive 3S centre slated to open within two years

Kuala Lumpur, 30 September 2016 – Audi Malaysia announced the appointment of Swire

Motors as the latest authorised dealer for the Audi brand in Malaysia, with operations

commencing since earlier in the month at a temporary Audi Puchong sales facility in the bustling

SetiaWalk Mall, with after sales support provided at a dedicated facility nearby. This interim

arrangement will precede the construction of a fully-fledged Audi Puchong 3S centre that will

begin operations in 2018.
