Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) together with its dealer partner, MHV Autohaus, had earlier today launched the first Das WeltAuto (DWA) independent dealership for Malaysia. DWA Gombak. Das WeltAuto is Volkswagen certified used car programme here and the newly set up centre has a total land size of 18,500 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 55 cars with two additional parking bays for car delivery. This is much like how the brand new car sales side works, but for used cars instead and as such, you do get more peace of mind as the setup is like Volkswagen's new car sales network, but done for pre-owned ones.

The new DWA centre is located in Gombak (on the Kuala Lumpur side) and is operated by one of Volkswagen’s most established dealers in the country, MHV Autohaus. Over the years, MHV Autohaus has accumulated various accolades in Malaysia by winning Best Volkswagen Dealer of the Year Award from 2017 to 2020, consecutively. This award recognises dealer partners for their excellence in customer service encompassing the total sales and aftersales experience.

Explaining Das WeltAuto
The DWA program was first launched in Malaysia in 2019. DWA is Volkswagen’s global official used car programme that offers customers certified used cars they can trust, backed by its expert know-how, standards and processes. Das WeltAuto has won multiple awards for its exemplary used car service, including the 2016 “Used Car Programme of the Year” by Car Dealer Magazine, and the 2019 “Best Used Car Website” at What Car? Another standout feature on the website is the "Nearly New Cars" section, which lists certified cars that clock less than 12,000km of mileage and are within a year of its registration date.
