An event for Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts is around this weekend. The Mercedes-Benz World! event is on at KL Base Sungai Bezi from tomorrow, 5th July to the 7th of July 2024 from 10am to 6 pm. There, you can view the current Mercedes-Benz line up of over 30 models from all segments. There are also test drives and other interesting stuff to do. Aside from that, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Unveiling of three new high-performance AMG models – the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE F1 Edition, Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4MATIC+, and the Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC.

The BMW Premium Selection (BPS) Showcase by BMW Group Malaysia returns to the Bukit Jalil National Stadium from 1st to the 3rd of March 2024. As always, the sales fair will be offering a wide selection of up to 500 pre-owned premium vehicles as well as new vehicles from across the BMW Group and includes models from the BMW 2 Series, BMW 3 Series, BMW 5 Series, BMW 7 Series and the BMW X range. Today, I took some time off my somewhat surprisingly busy schedule (especially since I have been slowly easing into semi-retirement from the looks of it) and spent a few hours with BMW Group Malaysia over at their latest roadshow in front of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in KLCC. There, the new BMW i7 limousine takes center stage and a showcase of this EV variant of the latest 7 series that is on sale. Recently launched, but now BMW Malaysia puts it in the limelight after just launching it with some of the media folk getting test drives. They also announced that in terms of the total BMW Group Malaysia, they seem to have taken lead in the Premium EV Segment amidst outstanding EV deliveries to date, for the year 2023.
Important news for those of you who are in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah this weekend. Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, will be bringing the Next-Generation Ranger Raptor 2.0L Bi Turbo Diesel Show-and-Tell event to Sabah from 21 to 23 July 2023. The three-day event is set to take place at the Likas Complex Area in Kota Kinabalu, from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm.
