After launching the Mk8 Volkswagen Golf last week, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) is having the Volkswagen Tour 2022 with its first roadshow at 1Utama Shopping Centre from 23 rd to 27 th February. The event will run from 10am till 10pm daily at Centre Court, Ground Floor (Old wing). A highlight at the Tour will be the all-new Golf R-Line and GTI,
Locally assembled at Pekan and only recently launched, these two Golf variants are the latest of the practical and progressive Golf models with improved performance, enhanced digitalisation, and more intuitive controls. With an estimated price starting from RM155K onwards, it brings a whole lot of car for your money. You want a Euro hatchback? These could be it.
Other Volkswagen models sold in Malaysia will be on display at the roadshow. These are the flagship Arteon R-Line 4MOTION; as well the world’s best-selling mid-sized sedan, Passat R- Line and Passat Elegance. There should also be the Tiguan AllSpace too for those that want a family SUV. (On a side note, VPCM is no longer selling the Polo, Vento models - From what I hear, it will be too expensive to sell the newer, current generation Polo if imported and even too expensive to locally assemble a European designed B segment car with its advanced specification)
Anyway, test drives are available for selected models in Volkswagen Malaysia’s line-up including the Tiguan Allspace Highline.
To ensure the health and safety of everyone, the roadshow will be organised in strict adherence to all Government standard operating procedures (SOPs) and #SafeHands measures.
