Mitsubishi Motors and Dealer Esperance Motors Opens Their Newest 3S Centre in Sungai Buloh

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) together with their latest dealer, Esperance Motors, have opened a new 3S centre in Sungai Buloh.  The brand new 3S Centre (Sales, Service & Spare parts) will now enable Mitsubishi customers from the surrounding area to have an official outlet close to them thereby increasing customer access points for a better brand experience.

Esperance Motors seem to be totally passionate about the Mitsubishi brand. Dealer Principal of Esperance Motors and all round nice guy, Mr. Alex Sim (third row, sixth from the left), had also announced that the company will be opening a second Mitsubishi showroom in the second quarter of 2018. The company will open a second, much larger branch in Rawang.

That new 3S Centre will be the main branch for Esperance Motor's Mitsubishi sales outlets. It will be larger than this currenly new outlet. If you note from the photos herein, this new outlet is a single unit shop lot sales, service and spares centre and the space is limited to displaying two or three Mitsubishi vehicles at a time as well as servicing two at a time.

The upcoming full fledged centre in Rawang is expected to be fully operational by middle of this year, and it will be a bigger facility with up to six service bays. Esperance Motors will also be able to provide other services in-house such as accident repairs and hassle-free insurance claims at their upcoming centre.

All of these efforts have definitely made an impression on the people at Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia. Two 3S centres opening in a year is quite an impression to make.

“Esperance Motors has just started its business partnership with Mitsubishi Motors and we welcome them into the Mitsubishi family. With a strong leadership, vigorous energy and passion of the Dealer Principal and Management team in the automotive industry, we are confident that Esperance will become a key driving force to expand the market share for the Mitsubishi brand in Klang Valley,” said Mr.Tomoyuki Shinnishi, Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia at the launch.

As always, in conjunction of the launch, Esperance Motors also took the opportunity to introduce and display the newly launched CKD variants of the Mitsubishi Outlander and recently launched Mitsubishi Triton Athlete variant.

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia currently has 55 showrooms (out of which 48 are 3S Centres) and 54 service outlets throughout Malaysia. They also have 14 showrooms (6 in Sarawak and 8 in Sabah) over in East Malaysia - a very important 4X4 market here in Malaysia.

This Esperance Motots Mitsubishi 3S Centre is located at Lot 26, Jalan LGSB 1/2, Pusat Komersial LGSB, Off Jalan Hospital, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
