NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus has been upgraded. The Mercedes-Benz outlet in Klang is now a full fledged 3S centre based on Mercedes-Benz's latest Corporate Identity and it is in line with the premium brand's current approach to ensure a fabulous customer experience in all aspects. The new RM6 million centre will also place a strong emphasis on aftersales as it also features the first standalone Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity centre for pre-owned Mercedes-Benz cars.
The newly upgraded Autohaus is impressive in terms of its size. It has 320,000sq ft of space and has a supporting a built-up area of 32,000sq. ft. The NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus has a total display capacity of 17 vehicles of which three of which are Mercedes-AMG cars at the AMG Performance Centre. It is huge!

It is managed by around 70 personnel across sales, technical services and spare parts divisions. As this centre is a full-fledged 3S centre, the Autohaus is equipped with 30 work bays which is capable of servicing up to approximately 650 vehicles a month, providing general and specialised repair solutions.

This 3S Autohaus has all the space it needs for Mercedes-Benz pre-owned car sales. it caters to what Mercedes-Benz Malaysia feel is a growing market segment where there will be those that would want a slightly used Mercedes-Benz with all the warranty and peace of mind that you could get in a new one.

These are personalised after-sales services that offers flexibility and convenience which includes pick-up/drop- off of customer vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service. Now, the customers in the surrounding areas of Klang will have the privilege to benefit from the latest concierge style services provided by the brand.

NZ Wheels is the third largest Mercedes-Benz authorised dealership in the country and they have been selling and servicing the Mercedes-Benz brand since 1994.This was prior to the formation of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and when they were a dealer under distributors Cycle & Carriage at the time. Fast forward to 2017 and NZ wheels are still strong with four Mercedes-Benz sales and aftersales outlets throughout Malaysia.
The Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus is one of seven authorised Mercedes-Benz Autohauses located in Selangor. To date, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has a total of 33 dedicated dealerships nationwide to maintain their philosophy in delivering the Best Products and the Best Customer Experience throughout the entire customer journey, maintaining the German marque’s position as the largest premium automotive dealer network in the country.
Over the past two years or so, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and their dealer partners have been upgrading their outlets to the current standards and also to support the increasing need for premium service and experience among Mercedes-Benz customers.
