The package (with the usual Terms and conditions) includes:
Free service and maintenance (parts and labour) for five years or up to 100,000km, whichever comes first;
A five-year manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage;
Complimentary 24 hours roadside assistance[1];
Pick-up and delivery during scheduled maintenance at Renault service centres; and
Mobility service of replacement car in the event any part is not available for over 48 hours at authorised service centres, subject to availability
The Renault Captur is priced at RM109,000 (on-the-road inclusive of GST, without insurance, for Peninsular Malaysia and private registration). Factor in that RM5,000 rebate you see stated above and its obviously slightly cheaper as well as having a pretty good service package.

Kuala Lumpur, 15 September 2017 – TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole franchise holder of Renault vehicles in Malaysia has announced a new ‘5inCaptur’ aftersales package on the locally-assembled Renault Captur urban crossover.
In addition, a further RM5,000 rebate is available during the promotional campaign period which is ongoing and ends on 31 October 2017.
The 5inCaptur aftersales service is introduced to offer customers more cost savings and hassle-free servicing over the next five years. The package includes:

The chic and versatile Renault Captur blends all the cues of an urban crossover that modern drivers have come to expect. Its expressive exterior styling, dynamic lines and trendy two-toned vibrant colours are sure to turn heads on the road. At the same time, this spirited crossover also offers exceptional fuel efficiency of up to 5.4L/100km[2]. Additionally, by engaging the Captur’s ECO mode, up to 10 percent of fuel savings can be achieved.
Standard features and safety equipment include auto headlights and rain sensors, MediaNav with 7-inch touchscreen, navigation, reverse camera, keyless entry and start, four airbags (dual frontal and dual head/thorax side), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with traction control and Hill Start Assist.
