After three months of settling in and ensuring smooth operations – Wearnes Automotive today held a launch and appreciation night for its customers and media to celebrate the new Volkswagen Sg Besi outlet. The previous outlet happened to be earmarked for redevelopment by the landowners.
Located along Jln Dua, Chan Sow Lin, this new centre is less visible from the busy Jalan Sg Besi than the old place. However, this new centre is now better in terms of customer servicing. This full-fledged, one-stop centre caters to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners - from sales to aftersales, service and repair, parts, body and paint, alignment and tires and air-conditioning servicing. It is a 4S centre. Everything Volkswagen under one roof.
A total of RM6 million was invested on this new location, and the new Volkswagen Sg Besi now spans over 75,181sqft over two floors allocated for a showroom capable of displaying nine vehicles, and aftersales facilities. There is a total of 34 service bays with a team of 34 experienced certified technicians to cater to customer needs. Moreover, key upgrades were also done to the tools and equipment for aftersales.
For customer convenience, new covered carparks have been added for customer convenience, as well as a new modern waiting lounge complete with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
Hopefully there is nasi lemak whilst you wait for your car to be serviced. I like nasi lemak. Maybe some cinnamon rolls too. And while I'm at it, teh tarik would be good. Anyway....
