TRUCK & BUS NEWS: Hino Total Support Customer Centre (HTSCC) to Get Upgrade.


Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) have recently announced that they will be  upgrading their Hino Total Support Customer Centre (HTSCC) in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan - (which is their first centre outside of Japan). They are going to invest more than RM8million on the project that focuses on customer development on safety driving skills and knowledge. 


HTSCC's upgrade will improve customer training experience with  Total Support driver training courses being the priority such as “Safety & Eco-cien Driver Training” (fuel saving driving) and “Driver Familiarization Training”. These are value added services that HMSM provides towards its customers. 

The centre, which will be scheduled for completion at the end of 2017, will be able to accommodate and train 6500 drivers or clientele annually and expects to be able to hit that target in the near future. Aside from the new track (which looks pretty impressive with a banked section and wet test area) and basic structures,  HTSCC will go through the expansion of HINO gallery which displayed information on HINO history, technological revolution and product advancement. 

Like all major commercial vehicle players, Hino has realised the need to reach out to their customers in better ways than before.

recently announced the upgrading project of Hino Total Support Customer Centre (HTSCC)

in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

HMSM going to invest more than 8 million Ringgit Malaysia to start the project that focuses

on customer development on safety driving skills and knowledge. HINO Total Support

focusing exclusively on its customer service development, which also a part of Hino’s

involvement in society’s improvement. Not only good sales of product, Hino also provide

Total Support in sharing and anticipating potential needs of customers and offer solutions

that reflect customer voice hence exceed customer expectations. These drives Hino Total

Support to reach deep into society thus strengthens HINO’s market operations and

opportunity in Malaysia. The impact of Hino Total Support will intensify and further

contribution can be expected to support Hino’s customers’ business growth.

HTSCC is a proof of Hino’s dedication towards its customer and it will facilitate the

foundation of Total Support activities. Hino aims to revamp HTSCC professional driver’s

training curriculum with exclusive facilities to further to improve the philosophy of Hino

Total Support. Choices of curriculums segments are particularly focusing on safety,

defensive driving training, fuel saving driving and driver’s familiarization training. Hino’s

customer oriented syllabus aspires to produce HINO’s professional driver.

Expansion of curriculum course prepares a full knowledge on safety driver training and skills

this safety training courses. Upgrading project of HTSCC will improve customer’s experience
