Happenings: Ford / Sime Darby Auto Connexion's Third Annual 'World Cup' Challenge skills competition for sales consultants

The Ford and local partner Sime Darby Auto Connexion's 2016 World Cup Challenge reflects Ford’s investment in developing the skills of their sales consultants through intensive trainings as well as provides a platform for our sales consultants to sharpen their skills and knowledge in order to deliver competent sales experience to their customers

This year’s World Cup Challenge saw the top 15 sales consultants across Malaysia – winners of the regional challenge from the Northern, Southern, Central, East Coast and East Malaysia regions – compete for a chance to take home cash prizes.

And first, second and third were...
Champion: Ms. Ezyanti Bt. A. Razak  - Capital Intertrade (pictured with Mr. Syed Ahmad Muzri Bin Syed Faiz, managing director,
Sime Darby Auto Connexion)

1 st Runner-up Mr. Kevin Nicholas Rajagopal - SDAC Juru

2 nd Runner-up Mr. Kenny Siew Kok Wai - SDAC Petaling Jaya

The contestants were evaluated based on how they manage relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction, customer service levels, knowledge of Ford vehicles and ability to explain their features, functions and benefits.

It may be all for prizes and recognition, but all of these would benefit Ford customers in the end. Whatever they've done here would be put to good use out in the field and then some. Aside from sharpening skills, competitions like these also create camaraderie among the participants as well as a chance to network and get to know one another. Sometimes, people need fun and games too.

Congratulations to the winners. Remember, the World Cup could mean so many things. Not only for football.
