Michelin Launches The MICHELIN Primacy 4 For South East Asia

Michelin recently launched its  latest  generation tyre - the MICHELIN  Primacy  4. This premium high performance but comfort oriented  tyre is engineered by Michelin to  provide lasting  safety  and  excellent wet and dry performance in both  new  and  worn  states, throughout  its  entire  life cycle as well as being a quiet riding tyre.  

Michelin Safe on Road (MSOR) Truck Roadshow 2018 is Ongoing Throughout the Month of June

Michelin Malaysia will be running its Michelin Safe on Road (MSOR) Truck Roadshow 2018 throughout the month of June. A Michelin branded truck will be making rounds throughout Klang Valley providing FREE tyre checks, including air pressure and overall tyre condition, from 11am to 8pm daily. This is part of Michelin's ongoing CARING campaign which promote road safety.

MICHELIN at the Scania Driver Competitions South East Asia 2016-2017

The Scania Driver Competitions South East Asia 2016-2017 concluded recently and we've still got some stuff to mentioned about it. This time, we focus a little on Michelin Malaysia, who had returned as the Official Tyre Sponsor of the event. The competition finals, held over at MAEPS in Serdang, had 17 truck and bus drivers from all over South East Asia competing to see who is the best among them. The new line-up, consisting of the new on-road BF Goodrich Advantage T/A® Drive and T/A® SUV tyres and the new off-road BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A® KO2 tyres . BFGoodrich Advantage T/A® Drive and T/A® SUV tyres are available in Malaysia in popular sizes from 13 to 18 inches starting from March 2016. While the BFGoodrich All -Terrain T/A® KO2 tyre are already available since January 2016 in sizes 15 to 18 inches. 

MICHELIN Launches its new mid-range SUV tyre - the Michelin Primacy SUV

Today I met with a few of the tyre guys from Michelin over at a hotel in Petaling Jaya. We were all there for the launch of their latest tyre that will cater for the up and coming SUV market which right now is about 9% of the total volume for the passenger car market and climbing. The tyre in question is the new Michelin Primacy SUV.

This exclusively designed all-weather on road tyre for SUVs is available from 16 inch and above sizes. These are in the common sizes for most popular and family oriented SUVs in the market like the Honda CRV, the Nissan X-TRAIL and the Mazda CX-5 to name a few.
