Here are Kia Sales and Service Tax (SST) prices as announced by Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The prices are inclusive of 10% sales tax applicable for vehicles as well as a comparison with GST prices.
The good news is that the majority of the Kia vehicles sold drop slightly in price. The Kia Picanto and Cerato stay the same with no change whilst the Kia Rio, Optima GT, Sportage, Carnival and the Sorento all drop in price. Of course, these vehicles are locally assembled and have some tax incentives.
No word on the fully imported Kia Stinger though. Prices on application most likely.
