Short update here folks! The world premiere of the all new seventh-generation BMW 3 Series sports sedan will happen at the Mondial de l’Automobile 2018 show in Paris on Tuesday, 2 October 2018.
The 7th Gen BMW 3 Series will make its first official appearance alongside other new models which are the new BMW Z4 and new BMW 8 Series Coupe, the world premieres of the fourth-generation BMW X5 and new BMW M5 Competition.
BMW have allowed one photo that you see here. The all-new 3 Series still under cover. You can make out how the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) will look and you can also see the very familiar shape and styling that is quintessentially BMW. Now some may say that the styling seems safe, but we haven't seen the whole car yet and do remember what happened when BMW tried to be different...the Chris Bangle era of cars. I prefer how they look now even though they may seem a little unadventurous in terms of overall styling.
Quite interesting news for those into BMW. They seem to be premiering quite a lot of interesting cars in Paris at one go. 2019 is going to be interesting in terms of BMW car launches globally.
