Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has announced their zero-rated Goods and Services Tax (GST) prices which takes effect from 1st June 2018 onwards until further notice (most likely when the SST system is re-implemented by the Malaysian Government). Daihatsu Malaysia will also be giving out attractive festive promo of up to RM4,000 for a limited time on top of the zero-rated GST on selected Gran Max variants too (T&Cs apply).
According to what we've received, the newly revised Daihatsu Gran Max prices will reflect savings from between RM3,597 to RM5,337 for the range of pickup variants. The Gran Max panel vans will see savings from between RM3,710 to RM4,610. Additionally, all Daihatsu’s model comes with a standard 3 Years / 100,000Km warranty. The Grand Max is Daihatsu's sole model sold here in both panel van and pickup truck variants. These small commercial vehicles are suitable for entrepreneurs who want a robust and reliable means of transport for their businesses.
Daihatsu Malaysia Managing Director Dr. Muhammad Iqbal said, “Now would be the best time to purchase a Daihatsu Gran Max, with the new zero-rated GST pricing to remain for (3) months or at least until the sales and services tax (SST) being reintroduced in September 2018.”
