Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, together with authorised dealer, Mofaz Exotic Car Sdn Bhd, has expanded its presence in order to serve its customers in the east coast region with the all-new Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kota Bharu (above) and all-new Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kuala Terengganu (below) Autohauses.
The Autohauses are strategically located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan and Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. The Mercedes-Benz Mofaz KB Autohaus is a 5,372 sq ft facility capable of accommodating four showroom vehicles and three work bays in the service area. While, with a built up area of 4,435 sq ft, the Mercedes-Benz KT Autohaus is able to showcase three showroom vehicles and three work bays in the service area.
Mofaz Exotic Car is the only authorised Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Kelantan and Terengganu, and the two full-fledged 3S Autohauses are managed by a staff force of 14 each, who are well versed in sales, technical services and spare parts, and are collectively capable of servicing a total of 131 vehicles a month.
Both 3S centres were built with the total investment of RM600,000. It basically goes to show that costs outside of the Klang Valley are lesser. Note the recent one launch here costed in the millions but it was built to an even more elaborate spec with a multi-storey, integrated showroom and service center unlike these two, which are smaller in size.
Of course, with these new showrooms, and its increased presence over in the East Coast is aimed to deliver the Best Vehicles and Best Customer Experience. Or shall I say the Mercedes-Benz experience so that the brand will continue and maintain its lead in Malaysia’s premium automotive segment.
