What we have here could be the first Proton X70 to get into an accident. Sad but true.
The brand spanking new Proton X70 Premium variant seen above must have just been registered. It has only been a few weeks since it was launched here and its tough luck to the owner.
The joke that's been going around is that the driver asked the X70 via its voice command function to take it to Parit in Perak. But the SUV decided to take it into a 'parit'...which is Malay for drain.
The X70 isn't an autonomous vehicle, so this is just a joke. Anyway, this is a sad story as I hope there is no major damage. If you crash a car that has been only launched a couple of weeks, parts will be super hard to come by right away. Expect a delay in getting your car repaired. So under no circumstances should you crash you brand new car on purpose. Well, who does that anyway.
Anyway, this photo follows the trafition where the purported first accident pic most recently launchedof Malaysian made car, whether from Proton or Perodua goes viral.
The tradition continues with the X70. And if you like the number, it is also tine to head over to DaMaChai or Berjaya Magnum to place a bet or two on '2404' and its variations.
