Porsche Malaysia celebrates the 1,000th Porsche Cayenne assembled in Malaysia


Porsche Malaysia, which are represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance, recently celebrated a very memorable milestone. The 1,000th locally assembled Porsche Cayenne rolled off the production line at its assembly facility at Inokom in Kulim, Kedah. The Cayenne assembly line up north in Kedah is the first local assembly facility for Porsche outside of Europe and since March 2022, the Porsche Cayenne has been made locally and connecting sports car dreams for many Malaysian Porsche fans expecially with that locally assembled tax break price.

The All-New Mazda CX-8 Has Been Unveiled in Malaysia - No Official Price Yet But Bookings Are Open


The 2019 All-New Mazda CX-8 Crossover / SUV people carrier has been officially unveiled over at Mazda's Kulim Plant yesterday. The All-New Mazda CX-8 is locally assembled (CKD) at the Inokom, Kulim Plant and will eventually join the CX-5 which is assembled there for the regional export market. The new Mazda CX-8 is right now officially open for booking BUT, the official pricing will be announced at a later date as the first roll out of the CKD cars have only started with government approval for prices still not finalised as yet.

All-New 2019 BMW 330i M Sport Now Comes Locally Assembled - Prices Drop Slightly to RM288K Onwards


BMW Malaysia has officially announced the sale of the locally assembled All-New BMW 330i M Sport sedan. This was originally launched here in fully imported form and now, they have locally assembled the popular premium compact sedan. It now comes in at RM288,800 before insurance.

Perodua offers assistance for Penang flood victims - Discounts of Spare Parts & Free Inspection Provided

Perodua has decided to offer its assistance to Perodua vehicle owners who have unfortunately experience the severe floods in Penang and the surrounding area. The Malaysian car manufacturer will be offering assistance in the forms of discounts on selected parts and free vehicle inspections to determine the damage suffered by the vehicles. This is very in line with their 'People First' part of their motto.
