I sometimes wonder why not many wealthy Malaysians aren't running around in the G-Wagon. I mean, I know it is expensive, but it looks damn good. In that chunky super tough sort of way. There are also people buying Porsche Cayenne Turbos out there. Which they shouldn't.
These however are most likely reconditioned AP units as brand new ones are expensive here in Malaysia. But missing out on the Mercedes-Benz G-wagon is a waste. It is so much better in many ways. Refinement aside of course - since it is more like a Land Rover Defender with some added stuff actually.

The Chelsea Truck Company is world famous for its creative reinterpretation of both the Land Rover Defender and Jeep Wrangler.
However, the company has now turned its attention to the iconic Mercedes-Benz G-Class, with the release of the G350 Wide Body Edition.
British designer Afzal Kahn has underlined the 1980s pedigree of the G-Class, with classic rather than modern styling which also echoes the DNA of the Chelsea Truck Company brand.
The Volcanic Rock exterior gives extra visual dominance to the silhouette of the vehicle, whilst rugged, wide wheel arches whilst showcase classic Kahn Design elements.
The overall look is complemented perfectly by the G06 wheel - specifically designed for this vehicle.
Inside, the Mercedes-Benz G350 AMG has been fully redesigned with 3D Modular roof lining and front and rear seats – reupholstered in quilted and perforated Black leather – adding to the wealth of luxury inside.
The hand-stitched seats are available in a range of colour combinations. Alternatively, you can specify your preferred colour options, and we will usually be able to find an exact match.
