PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), the folks who are the official distributors of Audi here have announced the launch of the all-new Audi Q5 Advanced (in Red above and herein) and Audi Q5 Sportback S line (in green above and herein). This is the third-generation Audi Q5 (GU series) and made its debut in November 2024 for the 2025 model year. Malaysia gets the = Audi Q5 Sportback S line and more entry equipped Audi Q5 Advanced variants for the recommended retail price of RM352,990 for the Q5 Advanced, and RM421,990 for the Q5 Sportback S line.
The Q5 continues its legacy as a sporty all-rounder Sports Utility Vehicle for everyday use. These Audi Q5 variants combine the latest technology and a dynamic driving experience. The exterior design of the all-new Audi Q5 family is unmistakably Audi yet slightly different, as it features the latest design language of the brand.
The all-new Q5 uses Audi's Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) architecture exclusively for internal combustion engines vehicles. This new SUV is designed to have high driving enjoyment and feature Audi's latest technologically advanced internal combustion powertrains. The Q5 Advanced delivers 199PS from its 2.0-litre TFSI engine and the Q5 Sportback S line elevates performance from the same 2.0-litre TFSI engine with output boosted to 272PS.
As an example, the 2.0-litre TFSI (EA888 Gen 5) engine has received substantial updates to improve efficiency, including a modified Miller cycle combustion process, even higher pressure fuel injectors for a cleaner burn and an exhaust gas turbocharger with Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) in some versions This platform is a clear reflection of Audi's approach to sustainable mobility, integrating technologies that not only improve vehicle performance but also reduce its environmental impact.

The Exterior Styling
The Audi Q5 Advanced's silhouette is defined by sculpted contours in precisely balanced proportions, while 19-inch, 10-Arm Aero wheels and Advanced grille trim and bumper reinforce its quiet power and elegance.
As for the Q5 Sportback S line, the more higher priced variant introduces a dramatic and dynamic coupe silhouette to the lineup. Its sweeping roofline and expressive S line grille trim, including the S line emblem on the sides and seats, and S line bumper makes a statement before it moves. The athletic yet assertive stance, is further enhanced by 20-inch Audi Sport wheels in a 5-twin-spoke twist design and red brake callipers.
Both Q5 variants are available in the following metallic colours: Grenadine Red, Mythos Black and Glacier White. The Q5 Sportback S line also comes in Daytona Grey Pearl and District Green Metallic, while the Q5 Advanced offers the option of Navarra Blue and Tambora Grey.

With Audi Connect, the Q5 is always within reach. Locate it, lock or unlock, check its status, and get theft alerts — all on a smartphone. In case of a serious accident, the vehicle connects to the Audi Emergency Call centre to get help automatically.
Both variants support the new and innovative Digital Key feature, allowing the key user to lock, unlock, and start the vehicle using their smartphone without a key fob. Wireless fast chargers are also included with adaptive cooling. For seamless journeys, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both available.
The Q5 also features 4 fast-charging Type C charging ports in the front and rear, with the Q5 Sportback S line supporting charging capacities of up to 60 watts in the front and up to 100 watts in the rear. This means that larger devices such as laptops can be safely powered and charged while driving.

Every new Audi Q5 comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty with unlimited mileage, complemented by 5 years of complimentary maintenance and 5 years of roadside assistance.
The Audi Assurance Package (AAP) provides an additional 3 years of manufacturer warranty coverage (total of 5 years) or up to 150,000 kms (whichever occurs first). The AAP also includes 5 years/75,000 km maintenance service (whichever occurs first) as well as complimentary 5 years roadside assistance.
