The Volvo EX30 battery electric SUV will be launched in Malaysia soon

 

Volvo Car Malaysia will be launching the EX30 fully electric SUV here soon. This is Volvo’s best-selling fully electric car this year and winner of multiple international awards and you can actually place a booking for it now at all authorised dealers in Malaysia.

The Volvo EX30 was only recently launched in June of 2023 and is actually the smallest Volvo car on sale today, smaller than the XC40 and C40 compact SUVs which are already sold here. Do note that there are no details on Volvo Car Malaysia's website on the car except that you can sign up for more information when the car launches.

I cannot say what spec will the Malaysian EX30 be but from what information is available, there are single and twin motor variants, with PLUS being the one with goodies like LED lights and adaptive cruise control with the ULTRA variant getting more active safety stuff, larger wheels and 360 degree camera. There is also a Cross Country variant and a base Core variant too. Knowing Malaysia, where we like everything to be inside the car, I expect specifications to be based on the Ultra variant when it launches.
