 smart Damansara, a smart all-electric car dealership operated by Smart Mobility Sdn Bhd has opened an outlet in Mutiara Damansara. Strategically located in Mutiara Damansara, it is at the ground floor of Menara TSR and is a 3S (Sales Service Spares) centre. It spans 7,500 sq ft, featuring a service centre with 4 service bays, a showroom and a spare parts hub. 

This outlet serves as a dedicated community space for smart vehicle owners., It will offer a comprehensive and convenient experience for all smart-related needs. The 3S centre provides convenience for customers during their wait for service. While waiting, customers can enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks, with car servicing typically completed within two hours. With high-speed wifi available, customers can work or watch a movie. Additionally, there is a dedicated kids’ play zone for families to keep their children entertained while waiting.

Equipped with four service bays, smart Damansara targets to accommodate up to 30 cars per day, depending on the type of service.

 The folks at Smart Mobility have also stated what you will need to service once you own a smart #1 (currently the smart EV on sale by the brand). The service intervals for the smart EV car are as follows:

 Once a year or 20,000km, whichever comes first (Aircond Filter)

 Once every 2 years or 40,000km, whichever comes first (Brake Service)

 Once every 3 years or 60,000km, whichever comes first (Transmission oil)

 Once every 4 years or 80,000km, whichever comes first (Coolant)

This doesn't sound too bad actually. Unless the Aircond filter costs a million bucks. Which it won't (if it does, do tell us).

According to Smart Mobility’s CEO, Mr. Eric Moo, the smart Damansara 3S Centre is designed with a contemporary style while maintaining a warm and welcoming ambience. “We invite everyone to come and experience a test drive of the all-electric smart #1 at smart Damansara. Our knowledgeable personnel will provide guidance on owning an EV while allowing you to experience the hospitality with exceptional products and services we offer at our outlet,” said Eric.

The centre operates from Monday to Sunday with the following hours: Monday – Saturday, from 9.00am - 7.00 pm and Sunday from 10.00am - 6.00pm.
