Offers & Promotions: Ford Malaysia's New Aftersales Servce Promo - Running from 23 November 2020 to15 February 2021


Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the chaps who are the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, have announced the latest Service Promotion for the year end. This new promo starts on 23 November 2020 and will continue to 15 February 2021. There will be savings up to 20 percent on selected parts, 10 percent discounts on labour fees for selected packages and a free 27-point vehicle inspection.

Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion had explained to us the reason for their latest service promotion campaign, “As the country looks forward to a new year and the hope of coming out of the pandemic, a focus on better health will continue to be a top priority for many people. Likewise, we encourage all our Ford owners to ensure their vehicle health is also being taken care of going into the new year by taking advantage of these service deals.” 



So what can Ford Malaysia customers look forward to?

Service with Up to 20% Savings 

When customers book a service during the Service Promotion period, customers can take advantage of savings up to 20 percent on vehicle maintenance on selected parts and engine oils. A savings of 10 percent on labour fees for lubricant, brake and timing belt packages can also be enjoyed. Of course, terms and conditions apply and the customer will be informed of the details in full when they inquire.


27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians

Customers can benefit from a 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition at no additional charge.

Other Benefits

For customers who spend more than RM350 in a single receipt, they will receive an exclusive multipurpose bag which can be used for their daily activities (while stocks last) . 

The use of Genuine Ford Parts

When servicing at any of our 42 Ford authorised service centres nationwide, customers can rest assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used. With Genuine Ford Parts, customers can be assured of the highest standards of quality, fit and finish as it is specifically designed for your Ford vehicle to ensure superior performance.

Additionally, all Ford genuine parts are covered under warranty for a period of 12 months or 20,000kms, whichever occurs first, excluding wear and tear parts.
